@Wallace Huang 的回答对我有用（Mojave 10.14.6）：

  1. 打开 Xcode
  2. 选择首选项 -> 位置
  3. 命令行工具版本提供了一个下拉菜单，我可以选择我拥有的命令行工具版本的单个选项。
