python - 对象检测 API：Faster-RCNN，图像尺寸问题

两个代码片段的功能是什么？如果之前训练的图像是 600*600，这些代码会将我的图像调整为 3120*4160 吗？其次，当我在图像尺寸：3120*4160 上使用经过训练的模型进行检测和分类时，图像被随机裁剪，我没有在对象检测中获得整个图像。
