bash - .jupyter 不能被删除或写入

我的 jupyter notebook 命令停止工作，我相信这是因为我的 .jupyter 目录行为异常。如果我尝试删除它，它既不会出错也不会被删除。例如，这有效，但不应该。

rm -rf .jupyter
cd .jupyter 

如果我然后跑，

touch hello.txt

我得到touch: hello.txt: Invalid argument 有没有人遇到这个并解决了它？
