我在网上搜索，目前发现 React Native for Windows 应该是使用 Visual Studio 开发的。有没有办法在不下载完整的 Visual Studio 的情况下使用 VS Code 进行开发？

请改为在https://github.com/microsoft/react-native-windows上发帖。如果您安装 rnw 依赖项，这应该是可能的。
