解决方案
由于 Maven repo 多次无法访问，原因可能是任何原因，网络或代理。因此，DevOps 团队建立了我们自己的 repo，我们用它来引用我们的依赖项。
它解决了这个问题。我们现在使用我们的 Repo，而不是 maven repo。
