javascript - Vue js: difference between build targets lib and web component?

Question

Inside vue cli https://cli.vuejs.org/guide/build-targets.html#build-targets, When we run vue-cli-service build, we can specify different build targets via the --target.

I am asking what is the difference between library and web component targets ?.

What about the integration of these inside others projects ?.
