c# - SSIS script task build error related to mscorlib

Question

I have a problem related to SSIS when trying to build the following code:

The code itself is written in C# within a script task, and the purpose of the code is to delete all files in a directory after X amount of days/months. SSIS runs as an administrator and the VS version is 2019.
