System.ArgumentException：值不在预期范围内。在 System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.ThrowExceptionForHRInternal(Int32 errorCode, IntPtr errorInfo) 在 Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Settings.ShellSettingsStore.GetString(String collectionPath, String propertyName) 在 Community.VisualStudio.Toolkit.BaseOptionModel`1.d__11.MoveNext ()

我环顾四周，看到了关于打开各种项目类型（如 WPF、Silverlight 等）的 SO 上的帖子。但是，我没有打开任何项目或解决方案。我启动 VS 2019，然后选择链接“无代码继续”。我立即得到那个错误。
