ios - Apple VOIP 通知到期不起作用

我正在使用 callkit，使用到期值 0 收到 voip 通知。一旦我将到期时间设置为 30 秒，就没有收到 voip 通知。

当“apns-expiration”设置为 0 时，它可以工作，但是当它设置为 utc voip 中的任何时间时，它不会收到。我不想在 30 秒后收到 voip。
