无法从 maven liquibase 插件连接数据库。抛出如下错误。但是，我可以在工作台上连接数据库。

    [ERROR] liquibase.exception.DatabaseException: liquibase.exception.DatabaseException: liquibase.exception.DatabaseException: Connection could not be created
     to jdbc:mysql://localhost:3307/testdb?useSSL=false&createDatabaseIfNotExist=true with driver com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver.  Access denied for user 'root'@'1
    72.18.0.1' (using password: YES)
